Here's a video I put together recently, partly for fun, but also to learn how.

I used a old camcorder and a truly ancient video recorder hooked up to a video capture card and some video editing software. The picture quality is pretty awful, partly because of the compression I used to make it web friendly.

The video is still about 12.5 MB so will take a couple of minutes to download even with fast broadband. If you want to save a copy you can right-click here and use Save Target As...

If you're on dialup, here's a 1.6 MB version in Windows Media format you can download with much less quality, but only 7 mins of download time (versus an hour for the full version).
